------------------Daisy 2003 full auto plans-------------------- See Figures #1, #2, and #3 in attached image for reference. Step #1(see Fig #1) - You need a .062" diameter steel pin cut to .187" in length, this will act as your "Shim pin", You need to insert this pin directly infront of the "Sear Pin", this prevents the hammer from catching onto the "Sear" as long as the trigger is being pulled, this is the MAIN part of the modification. Step #2(see Fig #2) - Cut or grind the bottom of the "Feed Release" to the diminsions specified in Fig #2. Step #3(see Fig #3) - Cut or grind the rear tab of the "Disconnector" to .062" as shown in Figure #3, you may also choose to remove the "Disconnector" all together, It serves no purpose in full auto mode except to slow down the rate of fire a little, the advantages to completely removing the "Disconnector " are 1....You will notice far fewer jams, 2....You will get more shots per CO2 cartridge, and 3....The trigger pull will be somewhat lighter, however removing the "Disconnector" WILL increase your rate of fire a bit, this may be viewed as an advantage or a disadvantage...it depends on who you ask. That's all there is to it, when you have the pistol reassembled you can test it by holding the trigger and pulling the slide all the way to the rear simultaneously, if the bolt does not lock back while the trigger is being pulled then the conversion was a success. After this you may wish to test with live ammo, in full auto mode this gun feeds MUCH better with steel BBs(which can be used in the same magazine that was intended for pellets) , pellets WILL JAM!
