All those who were interested in the recent "fullauto" daisy pistols advertised on the NFA board recently, heres the trick. This
conversion is legal, and takes about 10 minutes to do. 
heres the trick: 
Buy the Daisy 2003 CO2 powered 35 shot repeater pistol($50). The gun works on the open bolt principle, so it's just a matter
of finding the disconnector/sear, and modifying it. 
Remove the screws on the rear of the slide carefully, and remove the bolt cocking inserts. Remove the slide off the front of the
gun by lifting the rear up and sliding forward. 
remove the 3 screws that hold the metal insides in the plastic pistol frame, 2 screws on the side, one under the left grip by the
CO2 cylinder. Remove the ring off the CO2 cylinder tensining screw, and slide the metal insides out of the frame, an carefully
watch the safety spring for proper reasembly. 
Now, carefully remove the 3 small screws that hold the side cover of the internals on. Remove the side cover carefully. Behind
the trigger is what appears to be a bronze or brass "sear". This will be located on a large pin that allows the sear to slide back
and forth. When the bolt is cocked(do this) the sear will be pushed forward on the pin leaving the "slot" open in front of the pin.
Insert a small steel pin(I used a piece of allen key) in the slot in front of the sear pin to make the slot into a "hole". This will
prevent the sear/disconnector from re-engaging until the trigger is released. 
Reassembly is in reverse of removal. 

I wasn't sure that this would work, so i tested it out. Load the mag with about 20 pellets, and insert this into the loading port.
Close the door, and be sure to hold it closed by placing you hand firmly on top, the action is violently fast, and it will make the
door pop open and the clip come out. 
Point in a safe direction and pull the trigger....BRAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPPP! 
All 20 pellets out in less than 1 second, it seems to have about a 1400RPM ROF!!!! 
Total burst capability is about 2 magazines of 30(35 will cause jams for some reason) before the CO2 is empty. 
It's legal, and fun, and the pellets come out at 500FPS or so, enough to penetrate a wood hollow-core door!! 
Jams are frequent, and buy extra mags, it takes a while to load them.
